Ja sam Valentina Ivančić, vlasnica StratEx-a. Kao poslovni savjetnik svojim klijentima pomažem unaprijediti proces upravljanja,  prodaju i poslovne financije. Provodim individualno savjetovanje i organiziram grupne online poslovne edukacije.

Poduzetništvo je životni poziv, način življenja! 

StratEx svojim klijentima kroz individualna ili grupna savjetovanja omogućava da (lakše i brže) postignu svoje poslovne ciljeve.

Biti poduzetnik je izazovna misija, ali uz jasno definirane prioritete i primjenu dostupnih znanja, vaš poduzetnički put može biti inspirativno iskustvo. Poduzetništvo je životni poziv, način življenja. Poduzetnik ne vidi prepreke, već traži rješenja.

Ne možemo sve naučiti iz vlastitog iskustva i iz vlastitih pogrešaka. Put do cilja bi predugo trajao, a po putu bi uložili preveliku količinu energije i resursa naspram postignutih rezultata. Stoga je važno raditi organizirano i po prioritetima.

Za mene je svaki novi projekt i svaki novi klijent izvor inspiracije. 

Posebnu pažnju pridajem saslušanju potreba i želja svojih klijenata. Različite poduzetničke priče, različite faze u kojima se poduzetnici nalaze i različite ciljeve koje poduzetnici žele postići iziskuju individualan pristup i kreativnost. Svaki detalj je bitan za optimalno postizanje ciljeva, kao i za održavanje uspješnosti kroz vrijeme. Mišljenja sam da briga o detaljima, dan za danom, doprinosi uspješnom razvoju i osnaživanju konkurentskih prednosti poduzeća.

Upisati Ekonomski fakultet je za mene bio jedini logičan izbor.

Diplomiram na Ekonomskom fakultetu u Rijeci 2009. godine i samo nekoliko mjeseci nakon diplome počinjem na istom fakultetu raditi kao znanstveni novak. Bila sam angažirana na kolegijima Strateški menadžment, Istraživanje tržišta, Upravljanje kvalitetom i Promocija.

Usporedno s poslom upisujem doktorski studij i 2015. godine doktoriram na Sveučilištu u Rijeci s temom „Utjecaj čimbenika implementacije strategije na uspješnost velikih hrvatskih poduzeća“. Provedba strategije, odnosno primjena svega što je napisano u strateškim planovima, predstavlja srž mog istraživačkog interesa i  rada u praksi.

StratEx je radom započeo 2020. godine. Nazivu poduzeća pridružila sam i svoj moto „Making strategy work!“. Obraća se direktno onom tko ga čita govoreći „Aktiviraj svoje ideje, poduzmi inicijativu i odgovornost za svoj biznis“.

Volim čitati, istraživati i uspoređivati različita poduzetnička iskustva. Radove objavljujem u hrvatskim i međunarodnim časopisima.

As a manager in Auto Kuća Bunić-Mercedes Benz, I had to satisfy defined Daimler AG group certification standards. I knew Valentina Ivančić from before and had information that she has a PhD in the field of strategic management, so I contacted her to check the possibility of organizing an individual leadership training program for me. I showed Valentina the Daimler AG standards, according to which she developed an individual program adapted to my needs. I attended the training program live and online (combination). The program was divided into six sections, a total of 2 months of weekly meetings. The materials were delivered to me on a weekly basis, and I had the opportunity to apply immediately the acquired knowledge on my company. I am an engineer, but Valentina was able to present me the content in a simple, comprehensible way, with lots of examples and instructions on how to implement it in my company. I had the opportunity to clarify immediately all my doubts and thus gained the necessary knowledge and competences week after week. In Auto Kuća Bunić, I'm on a manager position for about 20 years, but I believe that the acquired competences have enabled me to manage the company more easily and safely. Valentina and I worked together in the F&B industry, more precisely in the beverage business. During the collaboration with Valentina (1,5 years) our company was a startup with a great production potential. As a business consultant, specialized in strategy planning and implementation, Valentina supported our management board in several activities, from strategic ones to more pragmatic and “day by day” ones, raising potential issues on time and in a precise manner. We worked together to define the company positioning in terms of developing a profitable sales policy, social media communication and brand identity. Moreover, Valentina helped us monitoring our yearly budget with monthly reviews. She was always able to adapt to our changing needs for new financial resources, identifying possibilities to finance our projects with EU funds programs or bank loans which allowed us to develop some innovative products. She worked on grant applications, implementation, and reporting. Our company has benefited from the collaboration with Valentina because, during her engagement, the stakeholders (and shareholders too) knew that the company was under control and that any issue was addressed on time and properly. At a personal level, during our meetings, Valentina was always able to show me different perspectives on specific topic, often helping me to make the right decision for the company. This approach helped me to develop my skills not just as a manager, but as a human being too. I strongly recommend Valentina as a manager to work with, involving her directly in the company or as an external support for business planning and management. She is a fast doer and a quick thinker, always alert to the potential issues around the company and careful about the future of the client. She is devoted to her job and is always available to help and suggest new ways of solving problems. Even if she is young as a manager, she is someone who can make the difference in a company and her polite and always respectful manners can help companies developing new perspectives of doing business and improving performances.
Valentina Ivančić, the owner of Stratex, helped me with the application and implementation of the project financed by EU funds, 4.1.1. "Restructuring, modernization and increasing the competitiveness of agricultural holdings". My project was about the purchase of new equipment. I can say that Valentina was dedicated, had a lot of patience, good will and interest in achieving the best possible result. She prepared necessary documentation, carried out the procurement procedure, and sent the necessary periodical reports. She helped me personally, advising and guiding me a lot during the whole process, and I can thank her because I succeeded in my endeavor, i.e. get grant for my investments, improving the work of my firm.
I applied for the project line "6.3.1. Support for small farmers and entrepreneurs" and collaborated with Valentina Ivancic, who proved to be very up-to-date and professional in her work. She followed all the information and guided me step by step in obtaining the necessary documentation. I got the grant and adapted a new honey tasting room. I recommend Valentina Ivancic because she is realistic in planning project's possibilities and the way investors can achieve them.
